OMG funny

So this japanese guy is living in new york. He goes to the bank and hands the teller 1 yen. The teller hands him back $1 and thanks him. The japanese man says "yesterday i came in and gave you 1 yen and i got $1.80 back, how come today i come in and you give me $1". The teller just looks at him, smiles, and says "Fluctuation". The japanese guy gets an angry look on his face and looks at the teller and says "no, f@#$ you white man"

if you didn't get it, fluctuation sounds like "f$#@ you Asian"

Personality thingy

Tried this Personality Test Thing.

This is the result I got:

Portrait of an INFP - Introverted iNtuitive Feeling Perceiving
(Introverted Feeling with Extraverted Intuition)

I think the following link was pretty accurate too about INFP

The Idealist

As an INFP, your primary mode of living is focused internally, where you deal with things according to how you feel about them, or how they fit into your personal value system. Your secondary mode is external, where you take things in primarily via your intuition.

INFPs, more than other iNtuitive Feeling types, are focused on making the world a better place for people. Their primary goal is to find out their meaning in life. What is their purpose? How can they best serve humanity in their lives? They are idealists and perfectionists, who drive themselves hard in their quest for achieving the goals they have identified for themselves

INFPs are highly intuitive about people. They rely heavily on their intuitions to guide them, and use their discoveries to constantly search for value in life. They are on a continuous mission to find the truth and meaning underlying things. Every encounter and every piece of knowledge gained gets sifted through the INFP's value system, and is evaluated to see if it has any potential to help the INFP define or refine their own path in life. The goal at the end of the path is always the same - the INFP is driven to help people and make the world a better place.

Generally thoughtful and considerate, INFPs are good listeners and put people at ease. Although they may be reserved in expressing emotion, they have a very deep well of caring and are genuinely interested in understanding people. This sincerity is sensed by others, making the INFP a valued friend and confidante. An INFP can be quite warm with people he or she knows well.

INFPs do not like conflict, and go to great lengths to avoid it. If they must face it, they will always approach it from the perspective of their feelings. In conflict situations, INFPs place little importance on who is right and who is wrong. They focus on the way that the conflict makes them feel, and indeed don't really care whether or not they're right. They don't want to feel badly. This trait sometimes makes them appear irrational and illogical in conflict situations. On the other hand, INFPs make very good mediators, and are typically good at solving other people's conflicts, because they intuitively understand people's perspectives and feelings, and genuinely want to help them.

INFPs are flexible and laid-back, until one of their values is violated. In the face of their value system being threatened, INFPs can become aggressive defenders, fighting passionately for their cause. When an INFP has adopted a project or job which they're interested in, it usually becomes a "cause" for them. Although they are not detail-oriented individuals, they will cover every possible detail with determination and vigor when working for their "cause".

When it comes to the mundane details of life maintenance, INFPs are typically completely unaware of such things. They might go for long periods without noticing a stain on the carpet, but carefully and meticulously brush a speck of dust off of their project booklet.

INFPs do not like to deal with hard facts and logic. Their focus on their feelings and the Human Condition makes it difficult for them to deal with impersonal judgment. They don't understand or believe in the validity of impersonal judgment, which makes them naturally rather ineffective at using it. Most INFPs will avoid impersonal analysis, although some have developed this ability and are able to be quite logical. Under stress, it's not uncommon for INFPs to mis-use hard logic in the heat of anger, throwing out fact after (often inaccurate) fact in an emotional outburst.

INFPs have very high standards and are perfectionists. Consequently, they are usually hard on themselves, and don't give themselves enough credit. INFPs may have problems working on a project in a group, because their standards are likely to be higher than other members' of the group. In group situations, they may have a "control" problem. The INFP needs to work on balancing their high ideals with the requirements of every day living. Without resolving this conflict, they will never be happy with themselves, and they may become confused and paralyzed about what to do with their lives.

INFPs are usually talented writers. They may be awkard and uncomfortable with expressing themselves verbally, but have a wonderful ability to define and express what they're feeling on paper. INFPs also appear frequently in social service professions, such as counselling or teaching. They are at their best in situations where they're working towards the public good, and in which they don't need to use hard logic.

INFPs who function in their well-developed sides can accomplish great and wonderful things, which they will rarely give themselves credit for. Some of the great, humanistic catalysts in the world have been INFPs.

Jungian functional preference ordering:

Dominant: Introverted Feeling
Auxiliary: Extraverted Intuition
Tertiary: Introverted Sensing
Inferior: Extraverted Thinking

Some other test

You Are a Caramel Crunch Donut

You're a complex creature, and you're guilty of complicating things for fun.
You've been known to sit around pondering the meaning of life...
Or at times, pondering the meaning of your doughnut.
To frost or not to frost? To fill or not to fill? These are your eternal questions.

Some test thing..

You Are A: Groundhog!

groundhogGroundhogs are cuddly-looking and timid mammals that eat mostly grass, seeds, and other vegetation. As a groundhog you will rarely stray far from your burrow and will run in the face of danger, but you will defend their home fiercely from predators. Groundhogs are even given their own holiday in the US, during which a groundhog is said to predict how long winter weather will last!

You were almost a: Turtle or a Frog
You are least like a: Chipmunk or a SquirrelTake the Cute Animal Test

Burn them w00t

Just thought about the strange happenings through my life and yes, I'm a specialized flamethrower. Or a more cuter analogy would be some sort of porcupine. Strangely enough, I've also married a porcupine of sorts. It's a shame I care so little nowadays, I used to be so happy (well more like ignorant). But really deep inside, it slowly gnaws at my inner being.

I really hate having a facade but being true to oneself can cause hurt to others. There are so many situations where things just can't fix itself by a simple outburst of the truth. Feelings are such flimsy things. And I've never been good with conflict resolution.

I guess that's why I like gaming so much nowadays. The most people can do to you is beat you in a game and taunt you. So much simpler. And being online, you can choose just to walk away if it's too much. You feel safer because of the annonymity, and you could always just start over. Well most of the time...

Going to switch to some work now...

Typing stuff today

Yes, I shall type some stuff today. Strange day today, feels bit weird going back to work after a long weekend at Philip Island. We talked much about how it'd be if we were to retire there. It's not too distant from civilization, and you have the country and the city in one. Beach is a few km away, you got some wineries, Coles, Banks, school... But then yea, just a thought. However, we decided we're probably can't be bothered cuz we don't know any body there.

We saw some penguins on Saturday, they were all huddling under the wooden walkway. Not sure, must be pretty warm under there or something. They all look pretty fat though, must be pretty good with the fish catching. However, they didn't move much when we watched them.

My brother's moved in with us nowadays, kinda strange but still okay. He's going through all our anime at the moment. funny how he can sit there and watch them the WHOLE day.. or it seems anyways.

Wackyness with new emailing

Google, yahoo, excite and the rest are upgrading their spam filters recently. That may sound like a good thing but it has been blocking me emailing people with some sort of attachment. So currently I'm very pissed off at them. Sigh.. anyways.. i'll try to upload the tamagotchi battery things on here :)

OMG Eggplant!!!

And I was gonna answer Durian. Lucky I didn't call.. Nikki is so adorable (and so RANDOM w00t!!!). Hahaha this is the most random blog post. Yes I'm talking about the late night Quizmania. For those who didn't watch, the stoopid eggplant was the top of the fruit tower. I swear, there were at least 5 callers who said tomato.. Strangeness.

ebay, weather and other random thoughts

>< it's so friggin hot today... think it's like 41 degrees celsius. No air conditioner in the house at the moment so quite sweaty. At work was alright, got the air conditioner. You could really feel the change in temperature once you exit the office door. Crazy stuff.. I'm glad we got an air con at work.

As for ebay, I've recently bought some 'Hori' screen protectors from there and it's taking its sweet time getting here. However the DS was lightning speed. No email from the seller either.. If he really wants positive feedback, he better email me or pretty sure I'm gonna give him negative.

Ate hungry jacks for dinner tonight, was right next to my petrol station (Mobil) so whatever goes. Was going to buy some meat and stuff at lunch but then it was so hot I couldn't be bother getting out of the office, let alone try get something from the shops. Tomorrow's badminton day so can't really leave the meat in the car.. so that leaves thursday..

As some of you know, me and henry are making some computer game on monday. Hopefully, we'll get to show it out sometime. At the moment, you can walk the dudes around on some terrain, kinda like in FFtactics. You got your attack and rest. Hopefully, I'll get them moving by themselves and ppl can play against some AI. should be all good. See how it goes, True Vision graphics engine's been doing us quite well. We may switch to XBox dev studio later on, maybe to test on xbox.. see how we go I guess.

I'm dedicating this to my beez :) enjoy

Your call could not be connected, please try again later!

Hmm.. international calling cards are weird. They can only call landlines for some reason.. Well maybe it's only the one I have atm. Quite troublesome really. And the call credits drop like flies, time flies so fast on international calls.. before you know it, dang out of credits. There has to be a less annoying way of getting cheap calls.

And still getting used to the 3 hour difference, there's something with 3 hours which really annoys,
when one person's free, the other one will be eating food.. say you're free to talk at 4pm, you realise the other person you're trying to talk with is either having lunch or having dinner. If the gap was actually more, there's less problem of conflict. But life must go on.

My beez is going to pull her wisdom tooth out tomorrow. I'm sure she'll be able to power through the surgery and out eating fried chicken in no time :) As for me, I'm not sure what my wisdom tooth is doing. I keep waiting for it to come out but it never does.

I've bid on a ds lite on ebay which comes with super mario for $150, hopefully it'll be ok.. but then again, there's always another time. See how it goes.

First day of school!!

Well work really.. but i wanted to use the "Finding Nemo" phrase..

Strange happenings in the morning. Was trying to get a lift to work from the train station.. keep missing each other on the mobile phone. Some weirdness.. ended up getting there an hour later.. lol.

Nintendo DS for $130 AUD, pretty good bargain.. although still 2 days left.. this is on ebay today.. And also phoenix wright ep 1, getting it to australia is fairly tough as it's never on the shelves here. Dunno if they actually stock it.

I'm still jet lagging.. so kinda half sleepy.. Had some nepalanese tonight at cell group. Shared this banquet for 3 with Franky and Mary.. Quite interesting restaurant.. it was called Gurkas or something close to that. First time I've ever been to it. The food was rather tasty although I was so full I couldn't finish off the dessert.

Bed time already though.. past midnight so ... time to get some rest

Bleah hotness...

So now that I'm back home, it's still rather hot and dry. Luckily, I just missed out on the 35 degree day yesterday. :) Which was good stuff. The plane ride was pretty good.. didn't watch anything much on the plane.. was listening to High School Musical soundtrack. The songs are rather close to my heart. You know when songs resonate with your life.

But yes, away from my beez. Now I know it how people can be numb when a close relative dies or something. When it really hits you, it's like a floodgate. The air hostess was looking at me funny all the time cuz i was teary eye. nvm that.

Started a bit on the valkyrie profile after that, interesting, bit hard to explain but you recruit ppl that have just got killed or died and fight undead. Random scenarios but quite touching. And then doh! the battery dies and looses all progress.. hate that.. especially cuz u can't save whenever you want to.

Baggage and customs were such a pain tonight, the leaf pillow really gave both me and the custom lady a headache.. hope it is worth the hassle.. sigh... too bad I didn't take a picture of them. They x-rayed and re x-rayed the pillow.. smelt it.. poked it.. ... luckily they didn't need to open it all up cuz sowing it back together would be so damn tough.

Hopefully my car's in good shape now, changing some cambelt thing and water pump.. sounded expensive though.

And dang, DOW DC hasn't got a patch yet... taking it's time really.

KL time

My last day in KL today.. Funny that time goes by so fast when your having fun. Or just pigging out. Strangely enough I still haven't been able to gain any weight. Objective failed.. sigh.. maybe I really have a worm in my stomach. Haven't ate any de-worm pills lately so haven't got a clue. But still, malaysia is always refreshing. Beez says "It's because I'm around" (for those who don't know, "beez" is my pretty lady. HAHA but she doesn't realise, I face her everyday in Australia anyways keke.

Got to play a bit of Phoenix Wright. Bought Pheonix Wright 2 in HK and playing it heaps here in KL. It's such a good game, and for the reviewers to say it's the weakest one of the trilogy, that's saying a lot. Can't wait to get the other two... Well the 3rd one's not out yet in english but we'll see.

My family-in-law are moving house soon. Living in a condo near-by. Pretty close to the market and fairly good security. Dunno how much better/worse it is to live in though.. Luckily, there's no mosque noise there (sorry if this offended anybody) but getting woken up at 5am every day from there chanting really doesn't give me a good impression. One thing good about it though, it'll help me get used to jet lag when I go back tomorrow.

Funny thing about holidays, there's always not enough time, nor money to extend it. Hopefully, I can find enough passive income to get me through to retirement... Then I can holiday as long, or short as I want to.

Got ourselves a tamagotchi ver 3. It's turned into Kuchipatchi now, which is awesome :) It was so damn hard to find out how to do the training part of the game.. but once we figured it out, it was like just awesome...

Tried out those $15 HK shoes.. sadly to say, they were not as easy to use as they seem.. they didn't have enough weight to change running direction. and realised the grip was not as good as we thought. So we went out again, this time to find some decent shoes.. which was an additional zero at the end but in Ringit $150 RM (roughly $70 AUD) so quite a lot more expensive. still awesomely cheaper than the australian counterparts.

Anyways.. gonna go eat some thai food tonight.. can't forget to eat good food :) Catch ya all later
